Methodology

A person’s methodology will determine his or her results. I came to this conclusion while studying the bible. If you look at the bible with a spiritual methodology, you draw spiritual answers. If you look at the bible in a scientific way, you produce scientific answers. If you look at it from a Catholic point of view, you’ll find Catholic results and as a Protestant, Protestant answers. Do you see the dilemma? Your output will depend on your input. Your methodology has already determined what framework your answers will be in. If a methodology determines your answers, then choosing the correct one is of critical importance.
Mona has a mathematical take on this topic, check out her post called "you always get the results you look for."
